The Special Exception request concerning Section(s) 11.4.7 (Senior Housing) of the Gilford Zoning Ordinance to allow the construction of a nineteen (19) unit Senior Housing facility was denied on July 14, 2005. Location: 217 Belknap Mountain Road. Single Family Residential Zone.
This matter was suspended by the Gilford Zoning Board of Adjustment on July 26, 2005.
