1.      JOHN GOODE
Applicant is proposing to convert existing dwellings, parking spaces and accessory buildings into condominium ownership, for a total of five (5) units.  Units #1 and #2 are existing single-family dwellings.  Unit #3 is a proposed bunkhouse with bath, with associated rights to use an existing boat slip and proposed parking space.  Units #4 & #5 are proposed parking spaces with associated rights to use existing boat slips and a proposed bathhouse.  Location: 7 Roberts Road.  Resort Commercial Zone.
