1. Standard Dredge & Fill Application of Lake & Lodge Realty, LLC Gilford Tax Map & Lot #221-024.000 located at 36 Broadview Terrace in Gilford, NH.
Applicant is proposing to remove existing grandfathered, permanent, U-shaped dock consisting of: 11.2’ x 24.7’ concrete connecting walkway, one 24.6’ x 4.7’ concrete pier on posts and one 24.6’ x 5.2’ concrete pier on rocks and posts and replace 7’x 24.7 connecting wooden walkway, one 30’x 4.7’ wooden pier and one 30’ x 5.2 wooden pier. Remove and replace grandfathered 16’ x 30’ x 9.7 seasonal canopy.
