Applicant proposed to add boatlift next to existing dock.
2. Minimum Impact Expedited review of Maria & Savia Philip, 233 Dockham Shore Rd.
Applicant proposes to remove existing seasonal dock, install 6’ x
40’ seasonal dock with poured concrete pad on shore, repair
existing rock wall along shore, repair existing steps, remove crib
debris, construct a 20’ x 20’ perched beach, install seasonal
boatlift, two PWC boatlifts and seasonal canopy.
