Call to Order: 5:00PM
Present: Dennis Doten, Jim Mull, Bill Rohr, John O'Brien, Steve Grant, Chan Eddy, Tony Ferruolo
Absent: Andy Howe
Also Attending: John Markland, Evans Juris
l Motion to accept December 3rd minutes made by John O'Brien. Second: Dennis Doten. Motion PASSED
l Police update by Chief Markland: No new information.
l Board of Selectmen meeting:
� Not on agenda for December 19th meeting, but Evans here to represent Board. The Board of Selectmen will be meeting with Peter Stewart on Wednesday @ 2PM to discuss project, what's needed?
� Meet with the Board of Selectmen on January 9th, 2008 for update and directions.
� Will require a re-bid of contractors.
� Will have a representative from the Board of Selectmen top ally confusion as project moves forward. Possibly Deb Shackett?
l Geothermal: Received estimates of cost from Water Energy for system.
� Energy loss study for entire town hall and police station needed.
� Use Norm Harris as a consultant? Or would that eliminate his ability to bid on the project?
l Motion to vote on tabled motion from previous meeting to request $100K from the Board of Selectmen for a complete set of working drawings, including geothermal, consultants, and other sundry costs to get to an RFP made by Tony Ferruolo. Second: Bill Rohr. 3 Aye 4 Nay Motion FAILED
l Next meeting January 7, 2008 at 5PM. Following meeting on January 14, 2008 at 5PM.
l Motion to adjourn made by Tony Ferruolo. Second: John O'Brien. PASSED unanimously.
