Call to Order: 5:03PM
Present: Chan Eddy, John O'Brien, Jim Mull, Dennis Doten, Steve Grant, Kevin Hayes, Bill Rohr

l Meeting Minutes
� Minutes for December 1st and December 15th reviewed. Motion to accept both sets of minutes by John O'Brien. Second: Chan Eddy Motion PASSED
l Board of Selectmen -Kevin Hayes
� Meeting on Wednesday, January 14th at 7PM. Hearing on Police Station and Town Hall bonds.
l Police Department – Kevin Keenan
� Jack Stephenson came to see the plans at the Selectmen's office.
� Are there any plans for the department to push the project at public meetings? No.
� Have no problem with press releases and station open house.
� Is there support from the rest of the department for the project? Yes.
l Marketing
� Will use radio (Meet The New Press?), will present to the Rotary, Gilford Community Church, Budget Committee, and garner an endorsement from the Energy Committee.
� Will bring before the Planning Board, Library board, BCEDC, Lakes Region Planning Commission. Will also contact WMUR for a piece.
� Mention the availability of more meeting space at the town hall once project complete.
l Geothermal
� Numbers available from Glen Builders: $542,000. Scott will round that out to $550,000.
l Next Meetings
� FPC – Monday, January 26th at 5PM.
� Town Deliberative Session – Wednesday, February 4th at 7PM at Gilford High School
