RESPONSIBILITIES
- Seasonal staff interviewing, hiring, training / orientation, and supervision
- Leasing of the Gilford Beach concession stand
- Recreational Skating/Stick, Puck, and Helmet time at the Gilford Ice Rink Rental
of the Gilford Ice Rink Recruitment
- Training and supervision of program volunteers Maintenance, supervision,
and coordination of all recreation facilities Issuance of temporary passes for
Gilford Beach
- Coordination of field use / Issuance of ballfield permits
- Annual budget preparation
- Registration for all programs and activities and collection of all fees for
same Various other administrative duties and responsibilities
