Minutes of Meeting
Citizen Review Panel for Town Administrator
July 2, 2008
Participants: Gregory Dickinson, John Markland, Gisele Lambert, Lee Duncan, Wynette DeGroot, Richard Hickock and Manuel Nunez.
As requested by the Board of Selectmen, this is a brief summation of the first meeting of the subject Panel.~ At our first meeting on Wednesday July 2, we chose Greg Dickinson as chairperson.~ We agreed to meet on Monday evenings at 6 P.M., as needed, to review all applications submitted and select those to be interviewed by the Panel. We requested that ITA Markland ensure a representative from the Local Government Center (LGC) be present for consultation at said meetings.~ Also, based on ITA Markland’s advice, we will endeavor to interview all applicants on Wednesdays or Thursdays.~ We hope to have our part in this process completed by the end of July with the goal of providing the 3 top candidates to the Board of Selectmen for their further review.~
