Citizen Review Panel for Town Administrator
July 7, 2008
Participants: Gregory Dickinson, John Markland, Gisele Lambert, Lee Duncan, Wynette DeGroot, Richard Hickock, John Steiner, and Manuel Nunez.
The panel convened in public session at 6 P.M. We were pleased to be joined by John Steiner of Local Government Center (LGC). The panel decided it wanted to fast track the selection process with interviews being set up as soon as possible. Mr. Steiner will sit in on the interviews and provide the panel with a set of questions to ask. However, the panel will be at liberty to add or skip questions as deemed necessary by the course of the interview. Mr. Markland advised that one application for the Town Administrator position had been received but has not been included in the LGC review process. The panel determined that application would be reviewed and considered as well.
The panel went into non public session at 6:14 P.M. with John Steiner in attendance. Applicant qualifications were discussed and the field was narrowed down to 6 to be interviewed.
The panel adjourned at 7:05 P.M.
