The Gilford Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, March 18, 2013 at 7 p.m. in Conference Room A to consider the following applications. Anyone interested is invited to attend.
1. JEFFERS FAMILY TRUST – Applicant proposes a two- (2-) lot subdivision with one lot containing 1.78 acres and the other containing 1.74 acres, located at 61 Terrace Hill Road on Tax Map and Lot #267-180.000 in the Single Family Residential (SFR) Zone. Subdivision Plan Review. Application #2013000004. Tabled from the February 19, 2013 meeting.
2. CLEARWATER COVE CONDO ASSOCIATION – Applicant proposes review of an as-built site plan that shows existing site conditions, for the purpose of obtaining Planning Board approval for site changes that have occurred over the years on the site located at 171 Dockham Shore Road on Tax Map and Lot #222-005.000 in the Single Family Residential (SFR) Zone. 3. NATHAN & CAROLYN SMITH – Applicants propose a two- (2-) lot subdivision with one lot having an area of 2.37 acres and 50 feet of frontage on Sleeper Hill Road, and the remainder lot having an area of approximately 27.5 acres. The property is located at 95 Sleeper Hill Road on Tax Map and Lot #203-216.000 in the Single Family Residential (SFR) Zone. Subdivision Plan Review and Conditional Use Permit Review.
