The Gilford Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 17, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in Conference Room A in the Gilford Town Hall, to consider the applications below. Once an application is accepted as complete, the public hearing will follow. Anyone interested is invited to attend.
1. STEPHEN ROEDER / DANIEL & KATHY SIMPSON – Applicants propose to transfer 1.7 acres from the Roeder lot at 2449 Lake Shore Road to the Simpson lot at 2465 Lake Shore Road. Final area of the 2449 Lake Shore Road lot will be 12.9 acres and the 2465 Lake Shore Road lot will be 1.7 acres. Located on Tax Map & Lot #252-049.000 and #252-048.000 in the Resort Commercial (RC) Zone. Boundary Line Adjustment plan review. Application #2013000186.
2. TECH20, INC. – Applicant proposes to open a retail store to sell docks, dock systems, boat lifts, lighting, moorings, rafts, canopies, and other dock, watercraft, and marine accessories, including outdoor display of merchandise, at 1934 Lake Shore Road (former B. Mae’s Restaurant site) located on Tax Map & Lot #223-414.000 in the Resort Commercial (RC) Zone and Airport Overlay District. Amended Site Plan review. Application #2013000206.
3. NATHAN & CAROLYN SMITH/JAMES & ARLINE HUTCHINS – Applicants propose to transfer 3,170 square feet (.0728 acres) from the Smith lot at 95 Sleeper Hill Road to the Hutchins lot at 40 Colonial Drive. Final area of the 40 Colonial Drive lot will be 49,041 square feet (1.1 acres) and the 95 Sleeper Hill lot will be 27.5 acres. Located on Tax Map & Lot #203-240.000 and #203-216.000 in the Single Family Residential (SFR) Zone. Boundary Line Adjustment plan review. Application #2013000207.
