The Gilford Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, January 23, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in Conference Room A in the Gilford Town Hall, to consider the applications below. Once an application is accepted as complete, the public hearing will follow. Anyone interested is invited to attend.

1.1     Meadowbrook Farm, LLC - Applicant proposes to adjust the boundary line between two lots, Tax Map & Lot #215-020.000 at 60 Kimball Road, owned by Barry Dame, Jr., and Tax Map & Lot #224-009.000 at 52 Meadowbrook Lane, owned by Meadowbrook Farm, LLC, by transferring 9.44 acres from Tax Map & Lot #215-020.000 to Tax Map & Lot #224-009.000, which lots are located in the Single Family Residential (SFR) Zone and Resort Commercial (RC) Zone.Boundary Line Adjustment Plan Review.Application #2016000496.

1.2     George D. Wilmot, Jr. Revocable Trust - Applicant proposes to subdivide a 9.8 acre lot into two (2) lots having areas of approximately 4.59 acres and 5.2 acres.The property is located at 18 Lockes Hill Road on Tax Map Lot #242-372.000 in the Single Family Residential (SFR) Zone.Subdivision Plan Review.Application #2016000497.
