The Gilford Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, August 21, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in Conference Room A in the Gilford Town Hall, to consider the applications below. Once an application is accepted as complete, the public hearing will follow. Anyone interested is invited to attend.
1. PUBLIC HEARINGS
1.1 ANDREW HOWE – Applicant proposes to host “farm-to-table dinners” and Agritourism activities at 285 Gunstock Hill Road on Tax Map & Lot #225-001.100 in the Single Family Residential (SFR) Zone. Site Plan Review. Application #2017000259. Tabled from the August 7, 2017 meeting.
1.2 JAN FARLEY – Applicant proposes to amend the existing site plan for a Cottage Colony use by adding an eight (8) foot high fence approximately 20 feet in length along the property line in the northerly corner of the lot, replacing an existing deck with a pervious paver patio, removing an existing shed, installing a pavilion, and making other related site changes at 110 Scenic Drive on Tax Map & Lot #251-030.000 located in the Single Family Residential (SFR) Zone.
