    1.1    ANDREW HOWE – Applicant proposes to host “farm-to-table dinners” and Agritourism activities at 285 Gunstock Hill Road on Tax Map & Lot #225-001.100 in the Single Family Residential (SFR) Zone.      Site Plan Review.  Application #2017000259.  Tabled from the February 12, 2018 meeting.


    1.2    LAKES REGION WATER CO. – Applicant proposes to make improvements to the existing Dockham Shores Water Company community water system including a new water storage and pumping building     and other related improvements on property located at 361 Weirs Road on Tax Map & Lot #216-093.100 in the Single Family Residential Zone.  Amended Site Plan Review.  Application #2018000066.


    1.3    BANK OF NH PAVILION DBA MEADOWBROOK AMPHITHEATRE HOLDINGS, LLC – Applicant proposes to construct a new 24’ x 52’ bathroom/bathhouse facility to serve parking lot #10 on property     located at 72 Meadowbrook Lane on Tax Map & Lot #224-009.000 in the Resort Commercial (RC) Zone and Airport District.  Amended Site Plan Review.  Application #2018000101.


    1.4    NEW ENGLAND FORESTRY FOUNDATION, INC. (NEFF) – Applicant proposes to revoke the subdivision approval of the Lazy Brook Lane Subdivision, a 38-lot subdivision that was approved by the         Gilford Planning Board on November 5, 1990, and is recorded at the Belknap County Registry of Deeds at Drawer L12, Plan 89, on property located off of Lazy Brook Lane and at approximately 2047 Lake Shore     Road in the Single Family Residential (SFR) Zone.  This subdivision was never developed and the land is now all conservation land.
