The Gilford Historic District and Heritage Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in Conference Room A of the Gilford Town Hall to consider the application listed below.  Anyone interested is invited to attend.

    Malinda Laflamme for the Gilford Village Store – Applicant proposes to add a farmer’s porch to the front of the store (northeast side facing Belknap Mountain Road), add hand rails for the stairs at the main entrance, add black shutters and flower boxes to second story windows, install a building sign on the northwest side of the building (facing Easy Street), and install a building sign with wrought iron hanger on the front of the store on property  located at 7 Belknap Mountain Road on Tax Map & Lot #226-099.000 in the Single Family Residential (SFR) Zone and the Historic District.
