The Gilford Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 19, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in Conference Room A in the Gilford Town Hall, to consider the applications below.  Once an application is accepted as complete, the public hearing will follow.  Anyone interested is invited to attend.


1.    PUBLIC HEARINGS


        1.1    STEVEN J. SMITH & ASSOCIATES, INC. – Applicant proposes to subdivide one lot owned by H.F. Winn Co., LLC, into two lots having 8.55 and 7.28 acres respectively, which property is located at 114 Old Lakeshore Road and 26 Gilford East Drive on Tax Map & Lot #213-043.000 in the Commercial (C) Zone and the Aquifer Protection District.  Subdivision Plan Review.  Application         #2017000194.


        1.2    NORTHEAST SELF STORAGE, INC. – Applicant proposes to develop an indoor self storage/boat storage facility in two 11,800 square foot buildings with related site improvements, on property located at 184 Old Lakeshore Road on Tax Map & Lot #225-014.000 in the Resort Commercial (RC) Zone.  Site Plan Review.  Application #2017000195.
