The Gilford Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, March 19, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in Conference Room A in the Gilford Town Hall, to consider the applications below.  Once an application is accepted as complete, the public hearing will follow.  Anyone interested is invited to attend.


1.    PUBLIC HEARINGS
    
1.1    LAKES REGION WATER CO. – Applicant proposes to make improvements to the existing Dockham Shores Water Company community water system including a new water storage and pumping building and other related improvements on property located at 361 Weirs Road on Tax Map & Lot #216-093.100 in the Single Family Residential Zone.  Amended Site Plan Review.  Application # 2018000066.


1.2    GARY GRANTZ – Applicant proposes to subdivide a 13.374 acre lot into two (2) lots with Lot 1 containing 5.887 acres and Lot 2 containing 7.487 acres on Tax Map & Lot 203-250.003 located at 382 Morrill Street and 139 Sleeper Hill Road in the Single Family Residential Zone.  Subdivision Plan Review.  Application #2018000067.
