The Gilford Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 18, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in Conference Room A in the Gilford Town Hall, to consider the applications below.  Once an application is accepted as complete, the public hearing will follow.  Anyone interested is invited to attend.


1.    PUBLIC HEARINGS


    1.1    ANDREW HOWE – Applicant proposes to host “farm-to-table dinners” and Agritourism activities at 285 Gunstock Hill Road on Tax Map & Lot #225-001.100 in the Single Family Residential (SFR) Zone.  Site Plan Review.  Application #2017000259.  Tabled from the April 18, 2018 meeting.


    1.2    GILFORD SCHOOL DISTRICT – Applicant proposes to construct an 18 foot by 42 foot “outdoor learning center” to include a sugar shack with an attached pavilion and 6 foot woodshed behind Gilford Elementary School located at 76 Belknap Mountain Road on Tax Map & Lot #227-132.000 in the Single Family Residential (SFR) Zone and Aquifer Protection District.  Amended Site Plan Review.  Application #2018000219.


    1.3    HANNAFORD BROTHERS, CO. – Applicant proposes to construct a “Hannaford To Go” pickup lane adjacent to the existing Hannaford Pharmacy drive-thru lane where staff will deliver items to customers who order online directly to customers in the pickup lane at 1425 Lake Shore Road, Unit D, on Tax Map & Map #201-024.000 in the Commercial (C) Zone and Aquifer Protection District.  Amended Site Plan Review.  Application #2018000220.
