The Gilford Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, August 20, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in Conference Room A in the Gilford Town Hall, to consider the applications below.  Once an application is accepted as complete, the public hearing will follow.  Anyone interested is invited to attend.


1.    PUBLIC HEARINGS


    1.1    GG REAL ESTATE INV. GEN. PARTNERSHIP – Applicant proposes a subdivision to create two (2) lots with one lot being 1.9 acres and the other lot being 5.5 acres at 133 Sleeper Hill Road on Tax Map & Lot #203-250.007 in the Single Family Residential (SFR) Zone.  Subdivision Plan Review.  Application #2018000302.


    .2     STEVEN J. SMITH & ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR DASLKTK, LLC – Applicant proposes to remove the existing uses and buildings and construct an approximately 40’ x 255’ (10,200 sq. ft.) self storage building with sixteen (16) storage units and related improvements at 2685 Lake Shore Road on Tax Map & Lot #267-202.000 in the Resort Commercial (RC) Zone.  Site Plan Review.  Application #2018000303.


    1.3     ARBORTECH – Applicant proposes to construct a new warehouse, office and construction yard  at 312 Hounsell Avenue on Tax Map & Lot #210-013.001 in the Industrial (I) Zone, Aquifer Protection District, and Business Park District.  Site Plan Review.  Application #2018000304.


    1.4     ROBERT L. HAMEL – Applicant proposes to remove the existing deck and replace it with a new 11’ x 21’ deck at 2761 Lake Shore Road, Unit 6 in Country Village Way Condominiums,  on Tax Map & Lot #266-034.006 in the Resort Commercial (RC) Zone.  Amended Site Plan Review.  Application #2018000305.
