The Gilford Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, September 17, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in Conference Room A in the Gilford Town Hall, to consider the applications below.  Once an application is accepted as complete, the public hearing will follow.  Anyone interested is invited to attend.


1.    PUBLIC HEARINGS


1.1    ANDREW HOWE – Applicant proposes to host “farm-to-table dinners” and Agritourism activities at 285 Gunstock Hill Road on Tax Map & Lot #225-001.100 in the Single Family Residential (SFR) Zone.  Site Plan Review.  Application #2017000259.  Tabled from the June 18, 2018 meeting.


1.2     WINN STOCK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION – Applicant proposes to convert an existing caretaking facility to a storage facility at 49 Scenic Drive on Tax Map & Lot #242-364.000 in the Single Family Residential (SFR) Zone.  Change of Use/Amended Site Plan Review.  Application #2018000378.
