The Gilford Planning Board will hold a meeting on Monday, February 10, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in Conference Room A of the Gilford Town Hall to consider the items listed below.  Anyone interested is invited to attend.


1.    PUBLIC HEARINGS


1.1    STEVEN J. SMITH & ASSOCIATES, INC. – Applicant proposes to amend the Bank of NH Pavilion site plan by increasing the footprint of the Coors Light VIP Club building from 30’x70’ to 48’x70’, add a second floor with 69 additional seats, and increase overall floor area of the building on property located at 72 Meadowbrook Lane on Tax Map & Lot #224-009.000 in the Resort Commercial (RC) Zone, Airport District, and Aquifer Protection District. Amended Site Plan Review. Application #2020000028.


1.2    TODD A. BERKOWITZ REVOCABLE TRUST & MAUREEN L. BERKOWITZ REVOCABLE TRUST – Applicants propose to amend the site plan for Ellacoya Resort and Cottages by making extensive site changes including razing and replacing all six (6) existing cottage colony buildings; modifying the site layout including changing drainage, walls, patios, drives, walks, parking, landscaping, and gazebo and dumpster locations; and making other site changes on property at 110 Scenic Drive on Tax Map & Lot #251-030.000 in the Single Family Residential (SFR) Zone.  Amended Site Plan Review.  Application #2020000029.
