PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

APPROPRIATION OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS

The Gilford Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing pursuant to the provisions of RSA 31:95-b, as authorized by a vote on Article 12 of the 1994 Town Meeting; to accept return of surplus funds from the Town’s health insurance provider in the amount of $59,282.50.  Of this amount, $5,086.11 will be distributed to active employees, $7,980.84 will be distributed to retirees and the Town will retain $46,215.55 for deposit into the general fund to reduce property taxes.
