PARKING REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 24)

 

24.4.2 Winter Parking Ban A. During the period November 15 through April 1; and during such other times as snow or ice may be accumulating on the ground, it shall be a violation of these regulations to park any vehicle on a public street or way between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 7:00am.
