The Gilford Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. to hold a public hearing to consider the following application(s):


1.    Guy Nickerson
    Application #2019000262
    Applicant is requesting a Variance from Article 5, Section 5.1.3 and Table 2 to remove the existing residence and construct a new two-story 3,674 square foot residence with a 2-car garage having a front setback of 5.9 feet and a setback from Lake Winnipesaukee of 12.2 feet.  The property is located at 4 Varney Point Road Left on Tax Map & Lot #223-419.000 in the Single Family Residential (SFR) Zone.  Tabled from the July 23, 2019  meeting.

    Applicant is submitting a request for a Special Exception as specified under Article 4,
    Section 4.5.5 and 4.7.5 (g) to use the existing building as a preschool/childcare. This property is located at 2 Airport Road, on Tax Map & Lot # 214-037.000 in the Industrial (I) Zone.
