The Gilford Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. to hold a public hearing to consider the following application(s):


1.    William Bouse

Applicant is requesting a Variance from Article 5, Section 5.1.3 and Table 2, to add an 18’ x 20’ carport 22’ back from the front property line where the minimum required front setback is 35’.  The property is located at 65 White Birch Drive, on Tax Map & Lot #253-367.000 in the Single Family Residential (SFR) Zone.

Applicant is requesting a Variance from Article 5, Section 5.1.4, Section 5.2.1(a), and Table 2, to construct a 462 sq. ft. addition to the existing camp that will be set back 16.5’ from the left side property line, 20’ from the right side property line, and 35’ from Lake Winnipesaukee where a minimum side setback of 25’ is required on both sides and a minimum Shorefront setback of 50’ is required.  The property is located at 69 Harris Shore Road on Tax Map & Lot #223-403.000 in the Resort Commercial (RC) Zone.
