The Gilford Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. to hold a public hearing to consider the following application(s):

Applicant is requesting an Equitable Waiver of Dimensional Requirement from Gilford Zoning Ordinance Article 5, Sections 5.1.3, 5.1.4 & 5.1.5, Front, Side and Rear Setback Areas, of minor/slight setback encroachments of Building One and Building Two at 49 Glendale Place on Tax Map & Lot # 242-135.000 in the Resort Commercial (RC) Zone.
