The Gilford Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. to hold a public hearing to consider the following application(s):


1.    Laurence & Sharon Roth – Applicants are requesting a Variance from Article 5, Section 5.1.4, to construct a 7’ x 13’ addition to the existing deck with a side setback of approximately 17.7 feet where a minimum side setback of 25 feet is required; and from Article 6, Section 6.5.2, which requires a 50 foot buffer abutting a single-family use in a residential zone.  The property is located at Timber Bay Condominiums at 403 Weirs Road, Unit #3, on Tax Map & Lot #216-003.003 in the Single Family Residential (SFR) Zone.  Aquifer Protection District.  Application #2002000516.
