The Gilford Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, October 16, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in Conference Room A in the Gilford Town Hall, to consider the applications below. Once an application is accepted as complete, the public hearing will follow. Anyone interested is invited to attend.
1. PUBLIC HEARINGS
1.1 STEVEN J. SMITH & ASSOCIATES, INC./CHARLES B. SULLIVAN, JR. REV. TRUST – Applicant is proposing to convert two (2) existing dwellings and related accessory structures to two (2) condominium units on Tax Map & Lot #242-209.000 at 72 Belknap Point Road in the Single Family Residential (SFR) Zone and Island and Shore Frontage District. Condominium Conversion Plan Review. Application #2017000433.
1.2 STEVEN J. SMITH & ASSOCIATES, INC./AMES FARM INN & RESORT, LLC – Applicant is proposing to construct a 32’ x 40’ (1,280 square foot) accessory building with gravel driveway on Tax Map & Lot #266-107.000 at 2800 Lake Shore Road in the Single Family Residential (SFR) Zone and Aquifer Protection District. 1.3 STEVEN J. SMITH & ASSOCIATES, INC./LYMAN FAMILY EXEMPT TRUST – Applicant proposes a .32 acre boundary line adjustment with the abutting Tax Map & Lot #228-025.001, and to subdivide the remainder of the 16-acre property into six (6) lots ranging in size from 1.60 acres to 3.77 acres, on Tax Map & Lot #228-019.000 at 310 Hoyt Road in the Single Family Residential (SFR) Zone and Aquifer Protection District. 1.4 STEVEN J. SMITH & ASSOCIATES, INC./APS SOLO 401K TRUST, DAVID WHALLEY, TRUSTEE – Applicant is proposing to redevelop this site by removing the existing buildings (former Victorian House), constructing three (3) new buildings with fifty-four (54) condominium commercial storage units, and making related site improvements. One building will be 3,024 square feet with 10 garage style units, one building will be 6,560 square feet with 20 garage style units, and one building will be 7,560 square feet with 24 garage style units. 1.5 ANDREW & MARTINA HOWE – Applicants propose to host agriculture-related “farm-to-table” events including serving meals on the farm and hosting weddings, receptions, and other events on the farm. Proposal includes conducting the events in a tent and/or in a barn with remote off-street parking provided off site. Property is located at 263, 285, and 300 Gunstock Hill Road on Tax Map & Lot #225-002.100 (tent site), #225-001.100 (barn site), and #225-013.000 (off-site parking area), in the Single Family Residential (SFR) Zone.
