GLENDALE FACILITY REGULATIONS AMENDMENTS

The Gilford Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing to solicit input on proposed amendments to the Glendale Facility Regulations to take effect as of July 1, 2020 that would: (1) limit the issuance of Commercial Marine Operator Decals to marine businesses that have their principal base of operations in the Town of Gilford – satellite branches and boat storage facilities would not be eligible; (2) extend the prohibition on commercial barges and vessels over 30 feet from using the docks and ramps on a year-round basis instead of just being prohibited from April 1 through October 31; and (3) prohibit the fueling of boats at the public docks.
